Covid-19To help reduce the risk of spreading the virus and to help all families feel comfortable with piano lessons, I am currently teaching all lessons online via Zoom on my home computer.
I am finding that online lessons can be highly effective and a fantastic option for students during these troubling times. I am so glad that we have this amazing alternative to in-person lessons so that students can continue their musical progress and retain those hard earned skills. |

• Additional Overhead Webcam has been installed to help show hand positions on the keyboard • High Speed Internet connection using Zoom video calling software. • ipad for use with music games, drills and activities. |
Idea Student Setup• Laptop computer, tablet or iphone
• High Speed Internet connection • Download Zoom Video calling software • Please find a stool or desk to place your device so that the teacher can view both the student and the keyboard of the instrument • Please be sure to have all your music method books available and a PENCIL! |

How Parents Can Help• Be a cheerleader for your child's learning efforts.
• Set aside a daily practice time. • Schedule a family recital for students to show off their new skills. • Please limit the number of users on the same internet connection during an online lesson. • Make sure that no one in the home is video calling or streaming video during an online lesson |
